Unlock 2 of the Central Government is about to reach its end while the Ministry of Home Affairs is formulating guidelines and strategies for unlock 3. It’s is being expected that the Unlock 3 guidelines will be announced before 1st August.

As per the reports, there is a possibility of reopening of theaters, cinema halls, and gym with strict social distancing norms in the coming unlock phase. While schools and metro services across the country are likely to remain shut as the cases have mounted to 14 lakh. With the reopening of various services across the country, the MHA is likely to impose regulations on distinct services.

Though the colleges are supposed to conduct final year exams for the students by the end of September. There are negligible chances of reopening of schools and colleges across the country. A few weeks back MHRD said that it is taking feedbacks and reviews from parents and guardians regarding the reopening of schools and colleges. However, it is said that parents are against the idea of reopening of schools and colleges.

Gyms and Cinema Halls likely to reopen in Unlock 3

The Ministry of Home Affairs is continuously receiving requests and suggestions from gym owners regarding the reopening of their business. It is being assumed that the ministry might allow gym owners to reopen their services in Unlock 3.

The recent reports say that the ministry of information and broadcasting has advised the MHA to reopen theatres in Unlock 3. As the cinema owners from across the country are requesting to allow the opening of theater halls. Further, the cinema owners are emphasizing reopening of theater with 50% seating ability.

Once the Unlock 3 guidelines are issue by MHA, the state governments will come up with their respective guidelines and notions for Unlock 3.

However, schools and metro services across the country are likely to remain shut throughout the Unlock 3. The ministry is focusing on circulating strategies for curtailing the spread of the virus. So the metro services might not resume, all the planning might go in vain if the crowd gets collected.

CENTRE SEEKS FEEDBACK FROM STATES, UTs ON REOPENING OF SCHOOLS

The national capital is accomplishing a good position in curtailing the effects of the disease. There is no lockdown in Delhi and the local busses are running with low passenger capacity. While most of the metropolitan cities are still under lockdown. Although they will open gradually with efficient strategies and planning in August. However, the metro services will not be resumed in all such cities.

The central government is planning to follow the model followed by the Delhi government. A meeting is going to be held today to discuss the strategies for Unlock 3. Chief Secretary of Delhi, Vijay Dev is going to explain top authorities the strategies adopted by Delhi in fighting the coronavirus.
