IIT Delhi students created an application. The newly devised “DocStack” app lets you save 30 documents for free and also allows you to customize them into folders.

By this app, you can scan documents digitally. Secondly, there is a universal search feature for documents. Thirdly, it allows premium subscription for unlimited cloud storage.

IIT Delhi students devised this new app which can be used as an alternative to Chinese application Camscanner. The fresh app “DocStack” has launched as under the “made in India”  initiative.

Recently,  the government of India banned 59 Chinese apps, including Camscanner, beauty plus, share it, etc.  With the new Indian Application, the voids left by Camscanner can be filled.

The group of IIT Delhi students successfully created this app within two weeks. In the description, it stated, the app not only allows us to scan in pro-quality but also lets you find the document whenever necessary.

Currently, the app is available at the iOS app store and is free to download. But, for premium subscription features like unlimited document storage and additional touch and face security, you have to pay.

Like the old Camscanner app, you use the DocStack application. Easily, you can put your bills, visiting cards,  medical records, etc in an organized way. Also,  there is an option to put scanned documents in a customized folder.

In order to use the app, users have to sign up on boot. Secure log in options like ‘sign in with Apple’, is available. All of the data stores on the cloud and synced across devices for consistency. Also, it has the feature to share the data as well.

Drawbacks

However, apparently, the app does not have the option to convert scanned documents into pdfs. Also, earlier scanned images cannot be edited.

AFTER CHINESE APP BANNED, IITS PROMISE TO BUILD A TIK TOK TYPE APP

To try the app, Apple users can download it for free from the App Store.
