Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal has announced that Board 2021 for class 10th and 12th students will start from May 4 and end on June 10. Along with the announcement, some students who are going to appear for Board 2021 started a petition on change.org.
The petition includes the cancellation of Board exams this year. Students said that online classes were not as beneficial and effective as classroom education. On the other hand, they said that many students were not able to take online classes due to poor internet connectivity issues, financial problems, and lack of financial resources.

IT WOULD BE TOUGH FOR THE STUDENTS TO APPEAR FOR BOARD 2021
2020 was a tough year for everyone. So, it would be very hard for the students to appear for Board 2021. One of the petitioners said that online classes were not helpful because students faced network issues. So, he requests the director of the CBSE board to cancel the upcoming board exams. It would be helpful for the students.
BOARD SHOULD EXAMINE STUDENTS BASED ON INTERNAL ASSESSMENT
On the other hand, students also suggested an alternative to examine students. They said that CBSE should examine students based on their internal assessments. They should make a report card according to the internal assessment conducted by schools.
DATE SHEET FOR CLASS 9TH AND 11TH GOING TO RELEASE SOON
However, the Education Minister is soon going to release the date sheet of class 9th and 11th students. Students of class 9th and 11th will have their exams in February. So, the Education Minister said that he will try to disclose the date sheet for the same as early as possible.
