The result for the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA 2020) fourth-round seat allotment will be announced on Friday, 30 October. Students can search for their name and roll number in the list available on the official website, once the result is out.
The allotment of the JoSAA 2020 4th seat result will be released at 5 pm. Candidates can exit from the seat or withdraw from the seat allowance process between 31 October and 2 November. However, the staying seats will be allotted to aspirants in the fifth allotment result.
A candidate whose names come in the list may approve the seat allotted by uploading all the related documents and paying fees between 30 October and 1 November. They can also acknowledge queries, if any, put forward by authorities till 2 November up to 5 pm.
How to check and download JoSAA 2020 – 4th seat allotment result?
Step 1: Visit the official website of Joint Seat Allocation Authority 2020- josaa.nic.in.
Step2: click on the link having the option, View Seat Allotment Result – Round 4.
Step 3: Key in your JEE (Main) 2020 application number, security pin, and password as displayed on the page.
Step4: click on the login option.
Step 5: round 4 JoSAA allotment list 2020 will be available on your screen. Search for your roll number, name.
Step6: Take a print out once you save the allotment list.
There will be a total of six rounds, this year, of counseling rather than seven. Moreover, the process for admission will start on 9 November.
JoSAA, the joint seat allocation for admissions, handled by the Ministry of Education, governs and oversees 31 NITs, 23 IITs, 26 IIITs, IIEST Shibpur, and 29 other Government Funded Technical Institutes.
