DU UG Admission 2022: On 19 October, today the University of Delhi released the first seat allotment list for UG courses on their official website. Therefore, candidates who registered to take admission into undergraduate courses can check on the site i.e., du.ac.in.

Further, candidates can accept the allotted seat in the first merit list only till 21 October 2022. The college will verify all the required documents by 22 October. Then, the candidates will get time till 24 October to pay the course fee. For documents verification candidates need to appear at the college whenever the administration invites them.

DU UG admission 2022: Documents you need to keep handy

To take admission into desired college and course, candidates first need to prepare some documents for verification which includes:

  • Class 10 pass certificate
  • Class 12 pass certificate
  • Transfer/ migration certificate
  • Scanned signature
  • Recent passport-size photograph of the candidate
  • Category certificate (If applicable)
  • Valid government ID like Aadhar, PAN or voter card

So candidates who get their desired course and college and get their name on the merit list can accept the seat. It is important to remember the deadline for acceptance of a seat. Candidates can’t accept it after the last date of the first round. During document verification, colleges will approve or reject the candidate’s admission.

Besides, the most prestigious university has 70,000 seats for DU UG admission 2022. Recently, on 14 October the varsity released the stimulated seats. The candidates could change their preferences till 16 October 2022.
