Earlier, Delhi University released the academic calendar for undergraduate students. Now, the DU PG academic calendar 2023-24 has been released on the official website i.e., du.ac.in.
According to the calendar, the classes for the first and third semesters will begin on 1 September 2023. And, 29 August to 31 is considered a summer break for students.
Further, the preparatory leave and practical exams will be conducted between 22 December to 29 December. Whereas the theory exams will begin on 30 December.
As per the academic calendar, the classes for the second and fourth semesters will commence on 15 January next year. Then mid-semester break will be given from 24 March to 31 March 2024.

Thereafter, classes will get dispersed on 12 May and the preparatory leave will be provided till 19 May. Also, the practical exams will be conducted between 12 to 19 May. Whereas, theory exams will begin on 20 May and summer vacation will start on 2 June 2024. Students can check the academic calendar 2023-24 on the official website of Delhi University.
Besides, this year the university is trying to synchronise all the semesters of undergraduate. All the academic calendar got affected due to the pandemic which also worsened the condition of students and teachers. Now, all the semester will join the college on 16 August after the summer break.
