The DU has commenced the enrollment procedure for PhD programs for the academic session 2023-2024 from July 12, 2023. The cycle of registration closes on Wednesday, August 2, 2023.
For the academic year 2023-202, the PhD registration portal started more than one time in an academic year. The method of registration and entry to PhD programs happened in two phases.
In phase I, only the nominees who are qualified based on qualifying UGC-NET /UGC-CSIR NET AYUSH-NET/DBT- JRF, ICMR-JRF, DST-INSPIRE. The equivalent national-level examination/fellowship holders and others (as per Ordinance VI. Notification: Revisions to Laws dated August 7, 2017. The Revisions ratified by the Executive Council in its conference held on February 1-2, 2019) will be able to apply.
