Delhi Government is soon going to release the salary of last quarter. Delhi HC directed the Delhi Government to do so. Therefore, it will release the salary for the financial year 2020-21 undertaken by it in its affidavit.
Udaibir Singh and many other employees filed a Public Interest Litigation. They filed a Public Interest Litigation because they have not got their salaries and allowances.

DELHI GOVERNMENT WILL NOT RELEASE ANY FURTHER SALARIES
The Government said that it did not release any further salaries to the respondent college. For instance, Delhi Government released 11.50 crores for the first quarter in 2019-20. The Government released 12.89 crore in the first quarter for the year 2020-21.
DELHI GOVERNMENT MADE THE COMPLIANCES FOR THE SALARIES
Delhi HC noted the statement of Mr. Raja. He said that the outstanding salaries of the teaching and non-teaching staff, their compliances are made. The compliances are made for respondent numbers 3,4 and 7 from October and of respondent number 5 from August.
DELHI HC WILL NOT RELEASE ANY PETITION NOW
The bench of justice said that they have already got the information from learned counsel for parties. It said that the issue is pending before the learned single judge in the batch of petitions. Delhi HC will not pass any petition further. The bench removed the petition. Although Delhi University colleges were going to pay the pending salaries of teaching and non-teaching staff from the students funds.
