ARVIND KEJRIWAL SAYS IT IS THE THIRD WAVE OF COVID-19 CASES IN DELHI

Reasons for the increase in cases:

Delhi government requests its citizens to wear masks and maintain social distancing seriously. Kejriwal states that people in the city were not wearing masks during Diwali shopping thinking that covid-19 would not happen to them. Hence, these shopping markets became covid-19 hotspots.
