The University of Delhi is conducting undergraduate admission registration for the academic session 2023-24 through Common Seat Allocation System. Candidates who haven’t chosen DU as a preference in the CUET application form can still choose it through the DU CSAS portal.

On 14 June 2023, Delhi University launched the CSAS UG 2023 portal. So, candidates who wish to get admission into the prestigious university can apply through the portal.  

Further, Haneet Gandhi, Dean of Admission said aspirants who selected the ‘unreserved’ category on the CUET registration form. They can apply the for ‘reserved’ category at the DU CSAS portal if they have kept their certificate handy.

During the webinar conducted by DU, the aspirants get information about the process of admission. Moreover, the process of registration and many queries of aspirants get solved. 

Last year, Delhi University allowed only candidates who filled out the DU as a preference to apply on the CSAS portal. However, this year the university has given the chance to aspirants to take admission even if they missed taking it as a preference earlier.

DU CSAS Portal: No Change after Applying on Portal

The Dean Admission informed that one should not change their category on the CSAS portal but if there is some issue with their certificate. Then, if the documents are ready then they can choose for the reserved category. However, PWD candidates can change their categories on the portal. And, it is important to note applicants can’t change their categories once applying at the CSAS portal.
