ABOUT THE SCHEME:

The YSR Pension Kanuka Scheme has been launched under the leadership of Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy in the Andhra Pradesh state. Financial assistance to the needy will be provided in different categories by the Andhra Pradesh government under this pension scheme. The aged, disabled, and widows will be provided pension by the state government for a period of 10 years.

12 different pension facilities have been offered by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, under this pension scheme, in different categories. ELIGIBILITY FOR YSR PENSION KANUKA APPLICATION

It is mandatory for the applicant to be a permanent resident of the Andhra Pradesh state to avail of this scheme. The applicant should also be below the poverty line i.e. BPL. The fisherman pension is for all the fishermen of 50 years of age or above.

For the single women pension, the married women who are deserted/separated shall have above 35 years of age.
