School of Open Learning (SOL) DU is going to commence its online exams for final year students from August 10. SOL in a notice has asserted the process of downloading the question papers and uploading of answer scripts. Also, details of the nodal officers of SOL for OBE to whom students can contact.
The notification issued on 6th August 2020 states that as per the direction of the Examination Branch, the University of Delhi, the SOL students those are appearing in the Open Book Examination (OBE)-2020 commencing from 10th Agust, 2020 for all UG and PG Courses of SOL are hereby advised to go through the process of downloading of question papers and uploading of answer scripts. Also, note the information regarding the details of nodal officers.
Details of Nodal Officers of SOL for OBE Examinations-2020
Students can contact the nodal officer Sh. K.B. Gupta anytime between 7:300 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Nodal officer Sh. J. Khuntia can be contacted between 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. and Dr. Tapan Pd. Biswal between 3:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. The University of Delhi has provided the contact details of the nodal officers and segregated them into three different time slots.

Details of Downloading/Uploading of Question Paper for SOL students
The University of Delhi has generated a separate portal for SOL students for downloading and uploading of their scripts. SOL final year students of UG and PG courses who are going to appear for OBE shall use solobe.du.ac.in for downloading their question papers and uploading their answer scripts.
Alternative Facility of send Answer Scripts via Email
Students of UG and OG courses who for any reason fail to upload their answer scripts on the online portal can email the scanned images of their answer scripts in PDF format obescript@exam.du.ac.in.
In case any student still finds it difficult to mail the answer scripts at obescript@exam.du.ac.in, he/she can upload the PDF of the answer script on below mentioned course wise e-mails in PDF format.

For those students who for any reason are not able to appear for online OBE mode remotely which are scheduled from August 10, the University will conduct an additional phase of examinations in OBE more through online/offline/blended mechanism at a later date.
