The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, NEET 2021 was conducted on 12th September. Now, NEET 2021 application form phase 2 will begin. This year around 16.15 lakhs students appeared for the medical entrance exam.
The entrance exam registration lasted on 10th August. During the first round of registration, candidates were not asked for several details. Moreover, NTA will release the result within a month as per previous years’ trends. However before results, NTA will reopen the application form portal for phase 2 registration.

NEET 2021 APPLICATION FORM PHASE 2
NEET is having such a mechanism for the first time. The application form constitutes two phases. Now, filling more details before a result is phase 2 of the application form. Each candidate has to complete phase 2 for their result.
Moreover, an official asked NTA about two phases of the application form. Then, he said it is to ensure the quick submission of candidates’ details. However, official dates are not yet out for the application form phase 2. Candidates should regularly visit the NTA official website for the latest updates.

Candidates will require to fill in personal details in NEET 2021 application form phase 2. Personal details include residence, belongingness to minority, mode of preparation, and other details.
Educational details of class 10th will also require. This includes pass status, year of passing/appearing, qualifying examination, place of schooling, type of school or college, school board, result mode, marks obtained and percentage, etc. Moreover, several other details may also asked.
