The MBBS 1st year students of Madhya Pradesh will now be lectured about the Hindutva icons. The MBBS students to learn about RSS Icons. And, the students will get to know about the RSS founder. MBBS STUDENTS TO LEARN ABOUT RSS ICONS
The state education minister Vishwas Sarang announced on Sunday. He said, the aim is to bring Ethical values among the youth in the fields of social and Medical, ethics is quite necessary, he added. The MBBS students to learn about RSS leaders.
Swami Vivekananda, Hedgewar, and Upadhayaya are all part of the Hindutva Sangha. And believed as the ideological mentors of the ruling Bhartiya Janta Party, (BJP). Sarang said the first years will also learn about Maharishi Charaka, the father of the surgery of India. And was one of the major contributors of Ayurveda and Sushrut.
MBBS STUDENTS TO LEARN ABOUT RSS ICONS: ANALYSIS
The lectures for the 1st year’s course of MBBS ( Bachelors of surgery and Medicine). They will get to know Hegdewarji, Vivekananda Ji, Ambedkar Ji, and many other great personalities. Lessons about these great personalities will inculcate morality. They will add values, principles, and medical ethics in the students, Sarang added.
The next academic session for MBBS students is ready to start by this year-end. And from this academic session, in Madhya Pradesh. The students will learn about famous personalities as it’s added to their curriculum.
NATIONAL MEDICAL COUNCIL
The National Medical Council (NMC) said that ethical values must be a part of the foundation course for the first years of MBBS students. And so we thought of including such great personalities in the course curriculum. The MBBS students to learn about RSS leaders. But also as it would help in the character building of the students, Sarang added.
The NMC decides the course curriculum of the students, but it sets the topics for subjects. However, the state’s education department’s empowered. To prepare the content of the foundation courses subject, the medical fraternity said.
The lectures about Hegdewarji, Vivekananda Ji, and all the other famous personalities are likely to get clubbed under the medical ethics topic in the foundation course. And, these lectures are generally given to students for one month after they take admissions.
