Unlike every year when the Indian Institute of Management (IIM Lucknow) campus use to be abuzz with cultural, business, and sports events during their annual manfest – Varchasva, this year the annual fest will be held in online mode on 27th and 28th February in view of coronavirus pandemic.
Students from top undergraduate colleges and Business Schools across the nation will take part in the online event through online mode.
Apart from the laughter-filled comedy night by comic stalwart, a star-studded musical night with the latest Bollywood beats by a renowned artist, and CSR initiatives like city-run, management events like quizzes, case studies, business simulations will witness online submissions from students in the preliminary round. The IIM Lucknow professor will evaluate the submissions from the students. Furthermore, the FastTrack management team and Indian Institute of Management Lucknow faculty will give the final presentations online.
Similarly, an event named Leadership Express in which leaders will inspire young minds will be held in online mode
For music, dance, and theatre events (both solo and group), a preliminary round will be organized for online submissions where live voting will be done on social media and assessment will be carried out on factual parameters. The final round of the events will have live performances of the participants on video conference which will be judged by the experts.
