The National Board of Examination, NBE has finalized the month when it will conduct NEET PG 2021. Dr. Pawanindra Lal is the Executive Director of NBE. In a web interview, he discussed the upcoming events of the Board.
Firstly, it was decided that NBE will conduct NEET PG 2021 on 10th January. But the chairman waited for the approval of the Government to conduct this exam. NEET PG is an entrance exam to seek admission into postgraduate programs like MD/MS/Post Graduate Diploma in top medical colleges of India.
DATES ARE YET TO RELEASE FOR NEET PG 2021
The Executive Director said that they are waiting for it. The government to approve the conduction of the exam. They have not disclosed the dates yet. But, in an interview with the Executive Director, he clarified that more than 1.5 lakh students register for NEET PG 2021. However, NBE has not begun the online registrations for NEET PG 2021.
REGISTRATIONS FOR NEET PG 2021 TO BEGIN SOON
Every year, NBE conducts the NEET PG exam in January. But, this year, due to associated factors, the National Medical Council recommended NBE to delay exams by at least March or April. Students who are going to appear for NEET PG have to stay updated with the details. NEET PG registrations are expected to begin in January. But, listening to the NMC, NBE delayed the exams till March or April.
STUDENTS WILL GET ADMIT CARDS IN FEBRUARY
The Executive director has confirmed the NEET exams for post-graduation will be held in either April or May. In February 2021, students will get the admit cards for the same.
LAST YEAR EXAM PATTERN OF NEET PG
NBE will release the examination brochure soon on the official website nbe.edu.in. On the other hand, students who are wishing to appear for the entrance exam should know that last year’s NEET PG exam was computer-based. There were 300 questions divided into three parts A, B, and C. The duration of the exam was 3 hours 30 minutes.
