(PE, HE & S) candidates must have cleared Senior Secondary (10+2) examination of CBSE New Delhi or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto with minimum 45% marks in the aggregate (The aggregate marks will be determined on the basis of one language and three best subject). 5% seats will be reserved for those candidates who have studied and secured more than 60% marks in Physical Education in 10+2. |
| Bachelor of Physical Education | Bachelor’s degree in any profession with 50% marks and having at least participation in any of Inter College/Inter-zonal/District/ School competition in sports & Games as perceived by the AIU/IOA/SGFI/Govt. of India. OR Physical education degree with 45% marks or studied physical education as a mandatory elective subject. OR Graduation degree with 45% marks and having participated in National/InterUniversity/ State Competition or secured 1st, 2nd or 3rd position in Inter College/Inter Zonal/District/ School competition in sports games as recognized by the AIU/IOA/SGFI/ Govt. of India. OR Graduation degree with participation in international competition or secured 1st, 2nd or 3rd position in National/Inter-University competition in sports and game as perceived by respective unions /AIU/IOA/SGFI/ Govt. of India OR Graduation with 45% marks and at least 3 years of teaching experience (for a deputed in-service candidate) i.e. drilled physical education teachers/coaches). |
