More than 60,000 students have already secured their seats under DU admissions 2021. Hence, the majority number of admissions are already taken after the 3rd cutoff admissions are over. Also, as per official status, 1.7 lakh applications were received for DU admissions 2021. Now, less than 20,000 seats are available.

DU admissions 2021: The 3rd cut-off and the Special cutoff

As for the applications to the 3rd cutoff list, Friday was the last day of approval. Also, the payment gateway was closed at 5 p.m. yesterday, i.e. 23rd October 2021. Hence, no student was able to take admissions in the 3rd list beyond it.

Also, as promised by the university officials, the special cut-off list will release on Monday, i.e. 25th October 2021. Hence, it was already clarified that the special cut-off list would release after the 1st three lists. As for the 4th cut-off list, it will release on October 30 after the admissions to the special list are over. So, all the students who were eligible under any cutoffs until now but didn’t get a chance to take admissions can apply now.

DU Admissions 2021 successful with 60,155 admissions so far:

Against the 1,70,696 applications, 60,155 students have paid their fees. For college-wise data, Aryabhatta College has taken 524 admissions. Also, unreserved category admissions at Aryabhatta are closing in English (Hons), History, Mathematics, Political Science, and several other courses. Talking about Miranda House, only a few seats are available in Sociology and History. Hence, DU admissions 2021 are getting tough with very few available seats.
