On the first day of Delhi University admission (DU), 43 percent of candidates have applied to different colleges after the release of the first UG courses cut-off list 2021. The online admission portal was open at 10 AM and a total of 30554 candidates have applied by the end of the evening. The respective colleges will soon send a link to verify the admission and to pay the fees.

On the first day, several DU colleges have accepted 2286 applications after verifying the documents of the candidates, according to Pinky Sharma of the DU Admission Committee. Along with this, 795 candidates have deposited fees on the first day.

Pinky Sharma notified that the admission process was regular on the first day, there was has been no problem in any college. For Delhi University UG courses there are around 70000 seats.

The Delhi University administration requested the candidates be very careful while performing the admission process. If the candidate has canceled the bar then they will not be allowed to register for this cut-off again. Moreover, there will be a choice to choose only one college.

So decide the college carefully. If the application is uploaded after the working hour, then the process of admission to the respective college will be completed on the next day. Therefore, candidates are requested to process during working hours.

DU UG courses admission 2021: 435444 registrations done on the first day

A total of 435444 registrations are completed at Delhi University for undergraduate courses. In the total admissions, 165574 candidates belong to the general category. Out of these 94921 girls and 70653 boys have enrolled.
