Delhi University will grant admission to the students in undergraduate courses by CUCET. Along with it, the varsity has said that it will conduct the Common University entrance Test, CUET for postgraduate courses as well.

Jagadesh Kumar is the Chairman of DU who posted this information today.

The Chief of the University Grants Commission released a notice a few weeks ago. He said that the varsity will not consider Class 12th scores for admission this year.

CUET FOR ADMISSION TO DELHI UNIVERSITY AND OTHER CENTRAL UNIVERSITIES

CUET scores will be mandatory for admission into respective courses of the varsity. 45 Central University can decide their minimum eligibility criteria to grant admission to the students. However, all the central universities would consider CUET scores only.

WHEN IS CUET FOR DELHI UNIVERSITY PG ADMISSION?

The Chairman of Delhi University said that the varsity has introduced CUET for postgraduate admission as well. It will conduct the exam in the third week of July. However, the admission process for the same will begin today and end on June 18.

CUET will be conducted in Computer-Based mode in both Hindi and English language.

On the other hand, 10 lakh students have registered for undergraduate admission at DU this year. May 22 is the last date to register for undergraduate admission to the varsity.
