Due to COVID-19, the Institute of Cost Accounts of India has decided that it will conduct the CMA exam of the foundation level in a home-based mode. ICMAI provides CMA courses globally and lakhs of students enroll for it. So, the foundation level would be home-based mode but for the intermediate and final exams, the institute had decided that it will conduct the exams in center-based mode.
CMA exam for the foundation level would be online. So, students can appear for the exam using their laptop, mobile phone, tablet, or desktop from their home only. Students who are going to appear for CMA 2021 exam for intermediate and final levels have to come to the center to appear for the exam.
PATTERN OF CMA EXAM
The foundation exam would include multiple-choice questions and every paper would be of 100 marks. So, there will be 50 multiple choice questions where each question will carry two marks. On the other hand, every session would include a hundred multiple-choice questions. The total marks would be 200 for it.

NATIONWIDE EXAMINATION CENTERS FOR CMA EXAM
So, ICMAI has allotted the examination centers for intermediate and final exams across India. Some of the states and districts are Agartala, Agra, Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Baroda, Bangalore, Bilaspur, Bikaner, Chandigarh, and many more. The centers for Uttar Pradesh would be Ghaziabad and Faridabad. Other places with examination centers are Jamshedpur, Jammu, Haridwar, Lucknow, Noida, Panaji, Patiala.
OVERSEAS EXAMINATION CENTERS FOR CMA EXAM
Moreover, the institute will also conduct exams overseas and the centers are allotted in Bahrain, Dubai, and Muscat. So, ICMAI would also conduct the exams in the corners of India like Vishakhapatnam, Port Blair. Around 100 centers are preparing to conduct the CMA exam.
