How to deal with this digital divide spreading amidst weaker section students?

Mr. Naidu aims that an inclusive approach to online and distance education should be given. Hence, to improve the conditions of weaker section students, steps need to be taken. For that, the vice president suggested that access to affordable internet should be given in rural areas. Also, projects such as Bharat Net should be implemented expeditiously.

Vice President Naidu wants assistance from institutions that undertake corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.
