UGC NET 2021: National Testing Agency has revised the dates of the NET exams. New dates are released for the UGC NET exams of December 2020 and June 2021 cycles.
Earlier, UGC NET exams for December 2020 and June 2021 were scheduled between October 6 to 11, 2021. Now, the revised dates for exams are 6 to 8 October 2021 and 17 to 19 October 2021.
But, the detailed date sheet for the exams is yet to release. NTA mentioned that it will release the detailed date sheet subsequently. Moreover, advised students to check UGC and NTA official sites regularly for the latest updates.
WHY ARE NET EXAMS DATES RESCHEDULED?
National Testing Agency(NTA) get to know that earlier exams dates were clashing with other major exams. One of the student communities informed the authority about the same.
On, 10th October there is another major exam and it is creating hardship for students. So, for the convenience of students and larger participation in the exams.
Agency had decided to revise the dates for UGC NET exams 2021. Students can visit the official NTA site for the official notice.

UGC NET exam is conducted twice every year. This exam is for the assistant professor post and JRF fellowship in Indian universities. December 2020 exam postponed due to the Pandemic so, June 2021 exam is delayed.

Now, schedules are out for the exams. This year’s registration started on 10th August. Students can register before 5th September 2021. Students can now download the admit card for the exam on the official site of UGC NET.
