In her long Instagram post, Sumona Chakravarti expressed that she is ‘unemployed’ nowadays and struggling with Endometriosis since 2011.
She wrote: Did a decent workout at home after ages
Some days I feel bad because boredom is a privilege.
I may be unemployed & yet can feed my family & myself.
That is a privilege. Sometimes I feel guilty.
Especially when am feeling low due to pain. The mood swings play havoc emotionally.
Something I have never shared before.
I have been battling endometriosis since 2011. Been in the 4th stage for many years now. A good exercise, eating habit, and most importantly no stress is essential to my well-being.
The lockdown has been emotionally tough for me.
Today I worked out. Felt better.
Thought ill express my feelings to whoever is reading this to realize that all that glitters is not gold.
We are all striving for something or the other in our lives.
We’re surrounded by grief, loss, pain, stress, hatred.
But all you need is COMPASSION, LOVE, and KINDNESS.
