SRCC Placements 2021: Shri Ram College of Commerce has set new records in the recently concluded Recruitment Season 2020-21. The Recruitment observed a record of 350+ offers extended by a pool of recruiters from 15+ sectors, including Consulting, Finance, FMCG, Audit, Start-ups, Actuaries, IT, Marketing, and many more.
The highest compensation offered was INR 25 LPA, while the average package offered was INR 8.31 LPA. Consulting firms like McKinsey & Company, Bain Capability Network, Dalberg Advisors, financial firms like Deutsche Bank, Citibank, and several first-time recruiters like Accenture Strategy, Fischer Jordan graced the campus for full-time roles offering diverse profiles.

PwD special recruitment drive 2021:
Facilitating recruitment of the country’s best minds by global corporations, the Cell accomplished new milestones this season by successfully conducting its first-ever PwD (Persons with Disabilities) exclusive recruitment drive.
Registering a record 32.34 % increment in the gross value of offers to a massive INR 30.48 crores, the SRCC placements 2021 highlights the consistent trust and faith placed by the recruiters in the students of the prestigious institution. The Cell also drifted 125+ alum openings including consulting giants Bain Capability Network, Genpact, and many more.
DU FIRST CUT-OFF LIST: APPLICATION STATS OF PREMIUM COLLEGES
Ansh Goyal, Chief Secretary, The Placement Cell, SRCC said they are delighted with how the Recruitment Season turned out. Though they were initially a bit skeptical due to the economic slowdown. Their fears turned out to be unfounded as the placement recruiters and the offers touched an all-time high.
The Internship Season 2020-21 was a significant achievement with prominent recruiters like Hindustan Unilever Limited, DE Shaw, EY, etc. extending internship roles across various domains. The highest stipend offered was a whopping INR 1.5 lakhs per month, while the average stipend for the highest category recruiters was INR 34 K per month.
Amanpreet Kaur, Convener, The Placement Cell, SRCC said many recruiters visited the campus for several hiring sessions underlining students’ multifaceted exposure to the requisite corporate abilities and knowledge.
