The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has affected all sectors. The pandemic included an economic slowdown that has adversely impacted job worldwide. As per the latest survey, there are only 24% of job seekers able to receive a job during the pandemic. While 78.6 4% are devoid of any job offers.

BridgeLabz solution LLP has conducted this survey and appropriately 1000 candidates take part in this. Out of the 1000 candidates, 60% were boys whereas 40% were girls from different engineering disciplines.

The outcomes further highlighted that approximately 35.4 8% of engineering job seekers are worried about their timely placements. Whereas 26.9% of students are confident of getting placed with the desired pay package. Approximately 76% of the students confessed to having an active placement cell in their college whereas, the rest claim otherwise.

Narayan Mahadevan, CEO, BridgeLabz said that not all engineering has the arrangement of grounds position in their universities. Indeed, even surveyed to such arrangements couldn’t ensure an occupation. This could be particularly because of the exceptional posture in the recruiting procedure lead by the current financial slowdown going the COVID-19 emergency.
