The Jamia Milia Islamia’s students bags a 14 lakhs package in the institute’s campus placements. Recently, JMI University held a campus placement drive for its students. The highest package offered in the drive was 14 lakh per annum. While the average package remains around 7 Lakhs per annum.

In the institute, around 10 Multinational companies were part of the placement drives. These MNC’s conducted online virtual campus placements drives. Some of the known brands that offered jobs to students include Wipro, TCS, Deloitte, IBM.
The students that have got in campus job placement offers comes from various courses. These include Engineering, Commerce, and Computer sciences streams. More than 100 students got selected from B. Tech and MCA by some of the renowned companies like TCS, ZS Associates, Josh Technology, and IBM. However, 7 Students from Masters of Commerce (M.Com) also got selected by Deloitte.
Prof ZA Jeffery, University Placement Cell, Director congratulated the students as well as the placement team. He said, this year we invited good companies on basis of priority. The strong academia of our institute, the good quality education that we provide. And the quality of teachers, as well as the students, have helped the university.
Due to which today, our university has emerged as the top draw among the biggest corporations in the country. Adding further he even said, In the upcoming months more companies are lined up for our placement drives.
JAMIA PLACEMENTS: ANALYSIS
Jamia Milia Islamia University is emerging as one of the top institutes in the country. In the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) JMI ranked 6th among the whole nation. It’s a very prestigious institute and always remains under the Top 10 NIRF nationwide rankings.
And, now the University has even started a huge mega online placement drive. This will help the university take lead further. And the institute will become more in demand due to its good placement drives for this session.
