GATE admit card 2022: The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering or GATE admit cards will release today i.e., January 3, 2022. Candidates can download their admit card from the gate.iitkgp.ac.in. Moreover, the exam will be conducted from 5 February to 15 February.
Further, this exam is for admission to various PG courses in IIT, IISc. Also, the gateway to government jobs. The entrance exam will be conducted for 29 subjects including two new subjects. Geomatics engineering, and naval architecture and marine engineering are newly introduced subjects.
According to the Covid-19 guidelines, fully vaccinated candidates can appear for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering or GATE exam. The official notification said, “The safety of our GATE entrance candidates or participants is a priority. However, all dates mentioned on the official website may change if the pandemic situation doesn’t allow smooth conduct of the examination. There is some probability, the entrance may be postponed or canceled.”

GATE ADMIT CARD 2022: HOW TO DOWNLOAD
- Head to the official website i.e., gate.iitkgp.ac.in
- Click on the link admit card.
- Now, log in using credentials.
- Thereafter, the GATE admit card 2022 will appear on your screen. Download it.
The GATE exam will be of three-hour. It will include multiple select questions, numerical questions, and multiple-choice questions. Marking for each question will differ from one mark to two marks per question. Besides, negative marking is there, on the wrong answer, one-third of marks of that question will reduce.
It will be conducted in eight zones across the country and the mode will be a computer-based test (CBT). A candidate can give an exam for a maximum of two papers. The combinations must be chosen from the given list of combinations. Further, the GATE score is acceptable for three years after the declaration of the result.
