Any full-time, legitimate student enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at a University of Delhi department, institution, or centre who falls under one of the following categories is qualified to apply. (Those enrolled in the five-year integrated law program or the B.Tech program are not eligible.)
Who Is Not Eligible for the Delhi University Financial Support Scheme (FSS)?
Students who have received an Essential Repeat (ER) in any of their prior exams are not allowed to apply.

Registration for the Delhi University Financial Support Scheme: Review the Application Form
The following documents are needed to apply for the Delhi University Financial Support Scheme (FSS):
• A self-attested copy of the EWS/OBC-NCL Certificate or the Annual Family Income Certificate issued by the appropriate authority after March 31, 2023.
• A notary-signed income certificate will not be accepted. copies of the family members’ most recent income tax returns, self-attested (2022-23):
• (a) Dad
• (b)Mom
• (c) Unmarried sister(s)
• (d) Brother(s) (single and under 25 years old)
• Copy of each of the PAN cards, self-attested.
• A signed copy of the undertaking form in the style provided in the attachment. signed copy of a genuine certificate, properly signed by the centre’s director or head of the department, in the format shown below.
• A self-certified copy of the most recent exam results that you passed. copy of the most recent fee receipt, self-attested.
• A self-attested copy of a cancelled check or a bank passbook with the student’s name, account number, and IFSC code on it. A copy of the application form and all supporting documentation, along with a recommendation and appropriate attestation from the head or director of the relevant department, centre, or institute, must be turned in by students to the DSW office.
The Submission Schedule The deadline for applying for a hard copy will be announced on the DSW website on January 12, 2024.
