Recently, UGC (University Grants Commission) has permitted the university to take its own decisions on academics and exam concerning questions, and now Delhi University Student Union has created a Student Committee for Recommendations and Examination SCRAE, to talk over other complications and mode of examination.
Majorly, the panel will discuss the teaching process, availability of study material for students, and academic session as well. The synopsis of the conversation will be carried forward to the Vice-Chancellor of Delhi University and the Ministry of Human Resource Department as a suggestion.
DUSU President Akshit Dahiya said “ There have been several errors such as disturbance in the learning process as well as in the cessation of semester exams due to closure of Delhi University amid the pandemic and the lockdown. SCRAE will keep the recommendations of students on topics such as entrance examinations, form release date, and the duration of conducting entrance, besides other problems.”
The panel will be lead by Dahiya along with 14 other students’ representatives, constituting DUSU Vice President Pradeep Tanwar, DUSU Joint Secretary Shivangi Kharwal as well.
