The University Of Delhi issued a notice on 1 July 2020 in reference to the summer vacations which were extended on 1 June 2020 lately in the wake of the pandemic.
The notice issued by DU states that in the continuation of the notification which was issued on Acad.I/299/Academic calendar/Revised/60 dated 01.06.2020 the summer Vacation of the Delhi University has been w.e.f 01.07.2020 till 31.07.2020.
The summer vacations now have been extended for another month till 31 July 2020 with enforcement from 01 July 2020.
This notice has now come amid a situation where the exams for the final year students have been postponed by 10 days which were earlier supposed to commence from 1 July. Students are in a highly confused state that is this notice considerable for even the final year students and their exams won’t be conducted for one another month or are they excluded from this summer break notice.
