Based on the CAT scores, IITs are offering admissions to their two-year MBA programs. In total, eight IITs are offering to enroll students in their MBA programs- Delhi, Bombay, Roorkee, Kanpur, Dhanbad, Kharagpur, Jodhpur, and Madras.

Candidates will have to apply at each institute individually as the first step for MBA admission across IITs. Across all the IITs, the application process is on. January 31 is the last date for applying. The selection process for each of the IITs will be different after the candidates have registered their application. MBAs offered by IITs are independent and will have nothing to do with IIMs while this was similar to IIM admissions.

The highest CAT scores were registered by students from an engineering background, this year too. All were men out of the nine candidates who scored 100 percentiles in the CAT 2020 exams and seven of them were from technology or engineering background. One was from a management background and the other one was from a mathematics background.
