Amazon India has launched a program to serve the community, targeting rural India. The program’s designed for a comprehensive childhood to career community service. The target program aims to deliver Computer Sciences studies to an estimate of 1 Lakh students. And these include students from over 900 government schools and other aided schools.

COMPUTER SCIENCE EDUCATION
The main purpose is to provide a modern up to date quality of education to the students. So that the students from rural India can also get a chance to learn new skills. This program aids schools from more than seven states across the nation.
In a blog post, Amazon said, that they believe in the power of Computer Sciences. And, even added that learning such skills will help students spark their creativity. It would help students from rural India to unlock their human potential and pursue their passion.
AMAZON FUTURE ENGINEER PROGRAM
The blog post said, that while talent and passion’s spread all across the nation. However, the opportunities for all of us are distributed unequally and to reduce this gap. Amazon India’s starting this new program for the students of rural India.
The main focus is to address the gap from underrepresented communities. The students from these under reserved communities take CS Engineering in a relatively smaller number. The Amazon Future Engineer program focuses on bringing early exposure and access to CS education. This would help students get early exposure via offline, online, or blended learning formats.
COMPUTER SCIENCE EDUCATION: ANALYSIS
In its first year of Launch Amazon has set its target. Which aims to enable CS learning opportunities for students from rural India. And the target is to teach 1 Lakh students from 900 government and aided schools. These schools cover more than 7 states across the country. These states include Karnataka, Delhi, Haryana, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, and Telangana.

The initiative will focus on students from classes 6-12 and would even target the teachers. The program will train educators to teach computer science more. Other than the content and the curriculum.
