The National Law University takes part in the National Law School – Negotiation, Mediation and Client Counselling Competition NLS NMC. This year the competition was held online from 28th April to 2nd May 2021. For the first time, National Law University Delhi, NLUD is the winner of this NLS NMC.
The ADR Board of National Law School of India University, Bengaluru conducts NLS NMC yearly. So this year, the coronavirus pandemic made it impossible to conduct the competition in offline mode. So, the competition was conducted online and Many National Law Universities took part in it.
PROBLEMS DISCUSSED IN THE COMPETITION
The problem on which the competition took place was different facets of Law. So, it was all about a session dealing with different laws like IP Laws and Animal Rights.

Moreover, in the final round of the competition, the topics included key aspects of the Personal Data Protection Bill 2019 and also about the service law.
JUDGES OF NLS NMC
The Ambassador of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel was one of the judges of this competition. Moreover, the others judges were Mr. Atul Sharma and Mr. CK Nandakumar. Atul Sharma is the Managing Partner at Link Legal and Nandakumar is the Advocate of FCIArb.

WINNERS OF NLS NMC
For the first time, NLUD stood at the first place in this competition. So, the team members of NLUD were Shubhankar Tiwari and Shraddha along with the coach Preksha Sharma.
