Admission in DU: As per the official data, so far more than 58,000 students have secured admission in various undergraduate courses of Delhi University under the three cut-off lists.

Delhi University has received about 1.70 lakh applications so far. Friday was the last date for accepting applications in colleges. Candidates have till Saturday to deposit the fees.

The special cut-off list for students who did not apply in the first three lists will be released on Monday, while the fourth cut-off list will be released on October 30.

Delhi University has received 1,70,186 applications. According to the data, so far 58,406 students have deposited the fees.

Moreover, nearly 9,614 applications were approved by the principals of several colleges on Friday. The total applications obtained under the third cut-off list in Aryabhatta College were 491, out of which 114 were ratified and the rest were rejected. So far 199 students have revoked their admission in DU to this college.

Manish Kansal, the admissions coordinator at Hindu College, said, At the special cut-off, most courses in the unreserved category are likely to continue closed, while they may be open for reserved categories. Although, he added that the situation will be more clear after the fee payment window closes on Saturday.
