Delhi Metro services will be closed between Model Town to Vishwa Vidyalaya from 11.30 am to 8.00 am on Saturday night due to maintenance of track on Yellow Line (towards Samaypur Badli). During this time, Delhi metro services will continue between Samaypur Badli to Model Town and Vishwa Vidyalaya to Huda City Center on Sunday. During this time, the yellow line will also be announced inside the metro.

PEDESTRIAN SUBWAY STARTS
To provide better facilities to the passengers between the Netaji Subhash Place metro station and the shopping complex located at Pitampura, the foot crossing (Pedestrian sub-way) has been started for commuters. The start of the subway built by the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) will provide a lot of amenities for the visitors to the shopping complex located in front of the metro station.

Earlier on January 29, the movement of passengers at some metro stations of the Yellow Line was stopped. Traffic Advisory was released today by Delhi Police on the occasion of Beating Retreat. Due to this, the entry and exit of the station and the Udyog Bhavan and Central Secretariat metro station were banned for some time today. This ban was imposed at both metro stations from 2 pm to 6:30 pm today.

Earlier on January 26, the Red Fort metro station was closed after violence during the tractor parade of farmers on the Yellow Line. There are a total of 37 stations on the Yellow Line metro route. Metro trains run from Samaypur Badli to Huda City Center on this route.
