The DU SOL admission 2020 are going on, and it saw a heightening demand for the Political Science course. The Delhi University School of Open Learning offers five UG programs presently. It includes three honors courses in English, Political Science, and Commerce. DU SOL gives admission to more than 1 lakh students across the various course offering distance learning mode of pedagogy.

DU SOL ADMISSIONS 2020 – THE DETAILS
As per reports, DU SOL has obtained more than 95,000 applications for admissions for session 2020-21. The DU SOL 2020 application cycle started on 20th October 2020 and is open until 30th November 2020.
While BA Program has collected the highest number (16,328) of applications in DU SOL 2020 admissions. It is followed by the B Com Program (6355), among the Honours courses Political Science has the highest number of applications at 3857 followed by Commerce at 2365 and English at 1063. Of the total registrations, around 30,000 students have confirmed their DU SOL admission 2020 by paying the requisite fees, as told by Umashankar Pandey, Officiating Principal, DU SOL.
He also asserted that much like the regular courses DU SOL also saw a rising demand for B A (Hons) Political Science course.

The Principal said that around 14000 students took admission to the course while BA (Hons) English, B Com (Hons) had 5000 and 8000 enrolments. The Principal said that the number of students choosing for Political Science is likely to progress as per the current trend.
