DU PG admissions 2021 did kick start on 26th July 2021 and will continue till 21st August 2021. Hence, it has been 5 days since the registration process for DU PG admissions has started. As per the details shared on 29th July, 5 p.m., approximately 41,000 applications are for postgraduate programs solely. Total applications for DU PG admissions 2021:
A total of 47,534 applications were received on the evening of 29th July. Hence, out of these, 41,563 are for postgraduate programs and the rest 5,971 applications are for MPhil and PhD seats. Also, the varsity offers only 20,000 sears in postgraduate programs. Thus, the number of applications received is humongous and around 4,500 aspirants did apply in the first 15 minutes of day 1 itself.
DU PG Admissions 2021 based on DUET:
A total of 50 percent of DU postgraduate admissions will be taken via Delhi University Entrance Test. Hence, for the other half of the remaining seats, admissions will be taken on the basis of scores obtained in the qualifying exam. So, only those aspirants who have completed their honours degree from Delhi University will be eligible for the merit-based evaluation system. For others, it is mandatory to sit for DUET 2021.
DU ESTABLISHES SOL WEST DELHI CENTER IN KESHAV PURAM; 16 NEW CERTIFICATE COURSES LAUNCHED
The National Testing Agency will conduct the exams for the DU PG Admissions 2021. Hence, the exam will be conducted from 26th September 2021 to 1st October 2021. Also, for the academic year 2021-2022, the number of examination centres have been increased to 27. So, this will assist the students to find their nearest centres.
Also, the undergraduate admissions will start from 2nd August 2021. Hence, aspiring students should be ready for it.
