Delhi University’s Campus of Open Learning (DU COL) will soon begin the English speaking certificate course in online mode. The name of the course is ‘Easy Communication in English’. Also, it will begin in collaboration with the Cambridge University Press.
As this course will be offered in online mode, so any person sitting in any corner of the country can access it. After the course completion, candidates will get a combined certificate from DU COL as well as Cambridge. Furthermore, the duration of the course will be three months.

DU COL English Speaking Course Levels
This certificate course will run in two or three levels. Moreover, the candidates will be given the course level according to their knowledge. Most likely, the application process will start next month, September 2023.
In DU UG first allocation round, over 70,000 students register
The agreement between DU COL and Cambridge University Press is yet to be signed. Once it is done, the course will be made as per the Indian student.
Further, the COL English speaking certificate course registration fee depends on the level. The fee will vary between Rs 1,000 and Rs 1,200.
Certificate Course Admission based on Screening Test
The candidates have to go through a screening test to get admission into a certificate course. This test will be done in online mode. Consequently, their level of course will depend on their test scores.
