Deshbhakti curriculum

On Sunday, Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal disclosed the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) led the government’s decision to initiate the ‘Deshbhakti Curriculum’ in Delhi schools from September 27 as recognition to freedom fighter Bhagat Singh. On the occasion of India’s 75th Independence Day, Kejriwal hoisted the national flag at the secretariat building.

CM said our curriculum teaches chemistry, physics but not patriotism. This ‘Deshbhakti Curriculum’ will encourage nationalistic values in our students. Delhi government schools will be given international-level education as an agreement has been endorsed with International Baccalaureate.

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) stated that the Delhi government has installed a sports university, for Delhi as well as for the whole country and he called upon everybody to use the facilities.

Offering his thanks towards the paramedical staff who helped in the commitment to the Covid-19 battle. The Delhi CM said, “Salute specialists and paramedical staff who set out their lives during COVID pandemic; enormously appreciative to them. The Delhi government gave ₹   1 crore to groups of forefront laborers who lost their lives during the pandemic; need to disclose to them they are with them.”

He asked everybody to come together in the 75th year of Independence and fill the country with the spirit of nationalism.

Kejriwal also saluted the Olympics medal winners. He congratulated all the Olympic medal winners and said they need to get ready for 70 medals now. They will prepare to introduce the case to host the Olympics after 2047, have to take Delhi to such height, he said in a tweet.

He further added that Delhi has given an example of governance to the country with kind of creations and intentions being brought to the table. Goa has made 16,000 L water free to every home, other governments think of giving free electricity, like the norm they have in Delhi.
