The composition of a Departmental Academic Integrity Panel has been approved by the Delhi University to look into the issues concerning academic integrity and plagiarism. Principals of two Delhi University colleges have been accused of plagiarism. The university is already probing complaints against Dyal Singh College (Evening) Principal Pawan Sharma and Zakir Hussain College Principal Masroor Ahmed Beg.

On Wednesday, the University said in a notification that this is to bring to everyone’s notice that the University’s Competent Authority has approved the composition of the Departmental Academic Integrity Panel (DAIP) as per the UGC Regulations of 2018.

It added that the Principals of all the colleges are hereby informed that the matters concerning Academic Integrity and Plagiarism may be sent to the concerned departments for processing.
