Schools in Delhi have opened from 10th to 12th standard from today after more than 9 months. The Delhi government decided that students of class 10th and 12th have been taken to prepare for the board examination and practical examination and to complete the examination. Besides, the government has also ordered written permission from parents who allow 10th and 12th-grade students to attend schools.

Schools must follow these rules
In schools, it will be mandatory to strictly follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to Covid-19 issued by the government. The school authority has to ensure the cleanliness of classrooms, laboratories, and other places. Schools will also have to use face masks and sanitizers for all aspirants.

A sanitizer dispenser will have to be installed at each laboratory entrance. Schools may only allow students to take practical sessions in small batches.
Before the school was unwrapped, Delhi Education Minister Manish Sisodia conducted a survey meeting to examine the level of readiness of each school in the capital in connection to the COVID-19 protocol.

Delhi government has issued some guidelines for 10th and 12th-,grade students, and staff of schools. To help students understand the new board exam pattern announced by Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, teachers will discuss the CBSE syllabus, marking scheme, and examination guidelines.

The pre-board examination for 10th-grade students will be conducted between March 20 and April 15 and the pre-board examination for class 12th will be conducted between April 1 and April 15.
