CA Exams 2021: The Supreme Court (SC) will hear the issue of the Chartered Accountant (CA) exam on June 28, 2021. The Supreme Court will discuss the matter of giving an additional chance in the CA exam, including the issue of seeking the opt-out option under this. An activist and advocate Anubha Srivastava Sahai has also filed a petition in court in this regard.

The candidates had been demanding from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for several days to look into the issue of the CA exams 2021. However, the institute has not given any response in this regard.

Therefore, the matter will now be heard by a three-judge bench of Justice Dinesh Maheshwari, Justice AM Khanwilkar, and Justice Aniruddha Bose in the Supreme Court at 10:30 am on Monday.

ICAI CA EXAMS 2021: STUDENTS WRITE LETTER TO CHIEF JUSTICE, SEEK OPT-OUT OPTION, ADDITIONAL ATTEMPT

The candidates have put up the issue regarding the CA exam explaining that before appearing for the exam it should be confirmed that the candidates are vaccinated. Also, the opt-out choice should be functional to all the candidates without any condition.

Not only this, the examination cycle should not be integrated. Rather, an additional opt-out option should be provided for the candidates who opt out.

WHY IS AIIMS CHIEF URGING TO OPEN SCHOOLS?

There should be a conversation with the aspirants to understand their concerns. And then the institute should decide on the exam accordingly. Earlier, the Supreme Court (SC) had also heard the matter of AP Inter Examination 2021.

Meanwhile, the Andhra Pradesh government notified the Supreme Court that the result of the intermediate examination or AP Inter would be announced on July 31.
