Short Term Online course in Total Fit and Wellness Learning which aims to impart knowledge about physical fitness, personality development, and dietary habits to the students of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College, Karol Bagh, and Mata Sundari College, University of Delhi is opening soon

The short-term online course will officially be started on 1 March. This course of 30 hours duration will have 20 lectures from March 1 to April 14 with a fee of Rs 300. Each lecture will be for one to one and a half hours. The lecture will be held three days a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

All these lectures are Drs. Sheila KS, dr. Seema Kaushik, Dr. Monica Dewan, dr. Beenu Gupta, Dr. Navdeep Joshi, Vipin Sarin, Dr. Vikram Singh, Dr. Soumya Vij, Mudra Krishnan, Dr. Ajay Malik, Dr. Vineet Mehta, Dr. Pooja Wadhwa, and Prof. Arvind Malik.
