WHEN WILL DELHI UNIVERSITY RELEASE FIRST CUT-OFF?

A senior official of Delhi University said that the first cut-off list for undergraduate courses can be released by October 1. Delhi University officials said that by the time the results of CBSE compartment exams, elective exams, and corrections are declared and NEET, JEE exams will also be over.

Admission Dean Professor Pinky Sharma said, We are planning to start from October 1. Due to holidays on 2nd and 3rd October, we will start the admission process by 4th October.

The first cut-off is likely to be released by October 1. Initially, Delhi University had scheduled to disclose the first cut-off list between September 8-10.

So far more than 2.63 lakh applicants have applied for about 70,000 seats in Delhi University. The university had opened its admission portal for UG courses on 1st August at 8 pm. And the last date to register is 31st August.

As per the data provided on the Delhi University’s admission website, 2,63,695 applicants had registered for various UG courses till 5 pm on Monday.

APPLICATION FOR PG ENDS

The application process for admission to PG, MPhil, and Ph.D. courses at the University of Delhi is over. The online registration for admission to these courses had begun on July 26. The deadline for registration was August 21. DU has closed the registration window on August 21 as per its pre-scheduled schedule.

For postgraduate (PG) courses, the university has so far seen 1,35,833 applications for around 20,000 seats, while 18,828 applications have been received for MPhil/Ph.D.
