Delhi University conducted open book exams of final year students in August. But, the varsity has not declared the results of all the courses till now. Delhi HC ordered asked Delhi University to present the kist of those courses whose DU OBE results are declared.
The High Court said that DU has to file an affidavit within five days. The affidavit must include the courses whose OBE result is declared along with those courses whose results are not declared yet. Justice Prathiba M Singh asked DU to mention when the administration is going to declare the remaining results.

Students placed their grievances in Delhi HC and said that Delhi University is not declaring DU OBE results. These exams were held in August, they are unable to go for further studies.

FILE THE AFFIDAVIT FOR DU OBE RESULTS
Some students said that they appeared for DU OBE but the university marked them absent. Delhi HC ordered DU to look into the matter and file the affidavit before 25th November.
Moreover, the court would conduct the next hearing on November 26. Professor DS Rawat, the Dean of Examination will join the video conferencing.
DU DID NOT FILE THE AFFIDAVIT EARLIER
Delhi HC judge said that the court has to look after the matter again. Moreover, it said that DU did not file an affidavit as it was directed earlier. The court said that it is shocking to see that it is happening every time.

DU OBE RESULTS WAS GOING TO DECLARE IN OCTOBER
Delhi HC directed DU to declare the post-graduation results by 31st October and upload the mark sheets on the website. Moreover, it fixed some deadlines to declare the results of undergraduate courses between 20 and 31 October.
Delhi University was going to declare the results of B.A. Program courses on November 6. At first, a petition was filed to hold OBE in Delhi University.
