So first we start with the actual meaning of the weight loss and fat loss:-

Wight loss –   When there is an overall decrease in body weight (mass) due voluntary ( diet , Exercise ) or involuntary  (illness)  circumstances . In weight loss we loss fat, muscles, body fluid organ size and other body tissues . Sometimes excess weight loss is bad for your health so you should be must be care full in any weight loss plans you flow.

Fat loss – Fat is one the three main macro nutrients along with carbohydrates and protein .The  human  body  uses fat as fuel source and fat is major storage form of energy in human body.
