Tadasana (Mountain Pose) |  This is a simple yoga pose that teaches practitioners to stand with majestic stability like a mountain. 

Vrksasana (Tree Pose) |  Vrksasana or Tree Pose teaches the yoga practitioner to breathe while standing and balance the body on one leg. 

Adho Mukho Svanasana (Downward Facing Svanasana) |  This asana stretches and strengthens the entire body and provides extra blood flow to the head. 

Trikonasana (Triangle Pose)  This stretches the legs and torso. To perform this, one has to stand with their legs wide apart. Stretch the right leg at a 90-degree angle.
