The Topper, AIR 1 of UPSC Civil Services Examination 2021 is Shruti Sharma. She belongs to the Bijnor District of Uttar Pradesh. While talking to Shruti, she expressed her gratitude and said that she was confident about clearing the exam. But she never thought to secure AIR 1.
She is overjoyed and it is still hard to believe that she secured All India Rank 1. Congratulating the toppers of the UPSC Civil Services 2021 exam, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath shared a tweet. He tweeted by congratulating students and wished them all the best for their future.

Shruti has completed her graduation from St. Stephen’s College of Delhi University. She lager look admitted to JNU for her MA but could not complete it. Her next step to register for an MA in sociology from the Delhi School of Economics was also incomplete. It was her second attempt at UPSC.

Because of certain reasons, she had to take her main exam in Hindi. Moreover, she missed her interview call by 1 mark only. Being the first ranker in UPSC Civil Services Examination 2021, she advised the aspirants to do what they like. the journey is all about hard work and patience.
Talking about Shruti Sharma’s strategy to clear UPSC with AIR 1 is that quality of study matters more than several hours spent on books. Students must have a strategy to study. According to her, notes newspapers, and answer writing practice helped her a lot during preparation.
