The Uttar Pradesh(UP) government scheme Mukhya Mantri Abhyuday Yojana is enabling students to crack competitive exams like UPSC, JEE, and others. The scheme aims to provide free coaching to poor but meritorious students of the state. CM Yogi Adityanath inaugurated the scheme on February 15.
Recently, in UPSC 2020 three students were on the list. Afterward number of students also cracked the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE). Moreover, the government also looks over the proper functioning of the program.
WHY THIS UP GOVERNMENT SCHEME?
The Uttar Pradesh government aims to bring meritocracy above the hurdles. The government provides Mukhya Mantri Abhyuday Yojana to economically backward sections in the state. Moreover, students are trained here free of cost. In recent times, students were trained through online classes as well. In the state, large section of students can not enroll in private competitive exam coaching. So, CM has launched the scheme.
Rajan Kumar is the commissioner of Lucknow and nodal officer of Abhyuday scheme. He said that we will conduct the exam for the next JEE(advanced) batch on 3rd October. Then, for UPSC (preliminary) free coaching exam will be on 10th October.

DETAILS OF THE UP GOVERNMENT SCHEME
From Mukhya Mantri Abhyuday Yojana around 50,000 students are preparing through offline mode. Moreover, around 10,000 students are benefiting from online mode. Apart, from the JEE and UPSC exams, scheme also provides coaching for the NEET, CDS, and NDA. The government will also provide free digital devices to selected students to access the digital resources for their preparations.
VIDYA VISTAR SCHEME, DU INITIATIVE TO HELP REMOTE AREA STUDENTS
Under the scheme, the Uttar Pradesh government is setting up coaching institutes for free coaching across the state. Earlier, coaching centers were set up at the divisional level. Now, government will set up coaching institutes at the district level.
